SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 working days
International Delivery
- Europe: 3–7 working days
- Rest of World: 5–10 working days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned with original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items showing signs of use or damage
- Personalised or custom products
- Sale items (unless faulty)
- Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Any relevant photos (if applicable)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
